How 3MP Atlanta’s HR Team Earned $10,000

Last month the dynamic duo of Katie and Rosie, earned a major national bonus of $10,000.  This bonus was intended to increase the number of high-performing team members working in locations like ours across the nation and close out 2017 strongly. As team players who want to make sure that 3MP Atlanta has every competitive advantage, both Katie and Rosie used this competition to gain national recognition and a lot of cash!!

Their strategy –

Outwork yourself and your competition. It starts with knowing what goals you are going to achieve and breaking down the actions needed to get there. Both Katie and Rosie know day-by-day, down to the minute, what activities they need to be doing. They are constantly tracking metrics so they can adjust their day as needed. Not only are both ladies tracking their personal KPIs, they are analyzing the competition and adjusting as needed. “We aim to be better than the week before and the week before that. We want to beat our best.”

Help everyone and take personal ownership. Katie and Rosie wouldn’t have earned this major bonus had they solely focused on their own goals. Competition or not, both take a vested interest in each team member’s success at 3MP Atlanta. They go beyond their job descriptions to get to know each individual’s goals and aspirations. They carve time each week to meet with people one-on-one to provide guidance towards goals and give advice on coaching and mentoring others. This was pivotal in earning the bonus.  They were able to work closely with team members to impact growth, which was a major aspect of the competition.

Have clear lines of communications. 3MP Atlanta has an open door policy. It’s critical that every team member feels that they have a voice and can input ideas. Both Katie and Rosie make sure that the rest of the decision-making team is aware of strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, and threats. They also seek coaching and advice from the team, especially when they are not seeing the results the desire.

Decide.  When the competition was announced, Katie and Rosie decided they were going to win.  Once that decision is made, in business and in life, everything else takes care of itself.

With our client’s recognition, 4 different teams trained with 3MP Atlanta. They got insight into the day to day operations, our systematic training program, and got to gain insight on client relations. Each member of the traveling teams got dedicated trainers who they shadowed for the first few days and then after completing a day of their own, they met back up with their trainer for follow up and further training.

The heads of each team were able to personally meet every day with Michael, 3MP Atlanta’s manager and Jennifer Cauvin, our Client Manager. They learned from Michael how to run a successful company and not only meet but how to exceed our clients needs.

The honor to have the client recognize us for not only our hard work but for the excellence that we achieve in our accomplishments is the fuel driving us to realize our 2016 goals.
