Last month the dynamic duo of Katie and Rosie, earned a major national bonus of $10,000. This bonus was intended to increase the number of high-performing team members working in locations like ours across the nation and close out 2017 strongly. As team players who want to make sure that 3MP Atlanta has every competitive advantage, both Katie and Rosie used this competition to gain national recognition and a lot of cash!!
Their strategy –
Outwork yourself and your competition. It starts with knowing what goals you are going to achieve and breaking down the actions needed to get there. Both Katie and Rosie know day-by-day, down to the minute, what activities they need to be doing. They are constantly tracking metrics so they can adjust their day as needed. Not only are both ladies tracking their personal KPIs, they are analyzing the competition and adjusting as needed. “We aim to be better than the week before and the week before that. We want to beat our best.”
Help everyone and take personal ownership. Katie and Rosie wouldn’t have earned this major bonus had they solely focused on their own goals. Competition or not, both take a vested interest in each team member’s success at 3MP Atlanta. They go beyond their job descriptions to get to know each individual’s goals and aspirations. They carve time each week to meet with people one-on-one to provide guidance towards goals and give advice on coaching and mentoring others. This was pivotal in earning the bonus. They were able to work closely with team members to impact growth, which was a major aspect of the competition.
Have clear lines of communications. 3MP Atlanta has an open door policy. It’s critical that every team member feels that they have a voice and can input ideas. Both Katie and Rosie make sure that the rest of the decision-making team is aware of strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, and threats. They also seek coaching and advice from the team, especially when they are not seeing the results the desire.
Decide. When the competition was announced, Katie and Rosie decided they were going to win. Once that decision is made, in business and in life, everything else takes care of itself.
Congratulations to both Katie and Rosie. We couldn’t think of a more deserving pair. See the moment we learned that they won huge in the video below!

3MP Atlanta, a marketing firm located in West Midtown Atlanta, provides the opportunity for each individual on our team to learn and develop their skills in sales, leadership and management. It is exciting when someone on the 3MP Atlanta team has an invitation to share their knowledge gained from working with our company. That happened two weeks ago when Tuskegee University extended an invite to Cameron Duncan, Assistant Manager at 3MP Atlanta, and Cash Oliver, a top Account Manager, to speak to students at their Alumni Weekend.
The Alumni weekend hosted by Tuskegee University is a series of events to celebrate and learn from former students of the prestigious school. It was at the school’s Alumni Forum that Cameron and Cash, both alumni of Tuskegee University (class of 2014), had opportunity to speak with students with a question and answer format. It was informal so students felt comfortable asking their insights on topics like obtaining a job after graduation, entrepreneurship, and job hunting in general.
“What I like most about [the event] is seeing how college kids are. They are excited about their future but they are scared about it at the same time. They all want to do something better with their life but are afraid that they won’t get the opportunity. So what they do is settle for something comfortable, going back home, or working a normal job even if they have all this experience. They are scared of branching out, scared of making decisions. So actually giving them the confidence that I was that same way helps. Make a decision, take a risk.”
-Cameron Duncan, Assistant Manager at 3MP Atlanta.
Both Cameron and Cash were excited to have the opportunity to impart advice to students at the University. The team at 3MP Atlanta is proud of them and we are grateful to have them a part of the company’s leadership team.

3MP Atlanta is a leader in outsourced customer acquisition for Fortune 500 companies. We are dedicated to establishing better channels of marketing communications between our clients and their customers. With our proven go-to-market strategies, we drastically increase the ROI of our clients marketing campaigns. Due to our high standards and amazing track record, 3MP Atlanta was selected by its client to become the training model for new partners.
3MP Atlanta has a well established record of performance and clear process of operating and training, so it was no surprise that back in April we became the clients’ training model.
“I feel we were selected to be the training [model] because our team and style is very simple and ridiculously systematic. It would be very similar to the San Antonio Spurs approach to basketball. Fundamentally sound across-the-board, easy to duplicate. That’s how you win championships and build dynasties.
-Michael Palomba, President
With our client’s recognition, 4 different teams trained with 3MP Atlanta. They got insight into the day to day operations, our systematic training program, and got to gain insight on client relations. Each member of the traveling teams got dedicated trainers who they shadowed for the first few days and then after completing a day of their own, they met back up with their trainer for follow up and further training.
The honor to have the client recognize us for not only our hard work but for the excellence that we achieve in our accomplishments is the fuel driving us to realize our 2016 goals. We are excited to help our client expand, knowing that it will help our team develop the skills we need in order to expand further.
